Cooling Tower Basic Systems and Components
Cooling Tower Bearing Frame
The Cooling Tower may have reinforced concrete or frame structure. The Cooling Tower Bearing Frame is made of high-strength composite material. Fastening elements comprise stainless steel. The engineering design has a light, stable and stable structure and long service life in operation with fresh or sea water.
Ventilation System
The Axial Fan generates air flow for effective heat exchange and consists of six plastic blades. Blade material is fiberglass reinforced plastic. Fan aerodynamics is designed for the highest possible efficiency and low noise level during the Cooling Tower operation.
Specially designed Diffuser profile serves to provide the most effective heat exchange between air and cooled water.
Mist Eliminator
Cooling Towers have special separator - Mist Eliminator. The special profile of Mist Eliminator enables to significantly reduce losses of suspended moisture in the air stream. Separator`s material is durable resistant plastic to ultraviolet radiation.
Water Distribution System
All water distribution elements are practically made of plastic. This ensures a long service life of the Cooling Tower structure and the absence of inner corrosion.
Wet Flooring Surface
Flooring surface is made of black plastic and its design looks like accordion. This solution enables to significantly increase the cooling area, while preserving the structure compactness. This design is particularly demanded in hot climate conditions. Flooring plastic has good chemical, bacteriological and temperature resistance.
