Desiccant adsorption heating Dryers of Korean company GSA in standard version (7 bar) enable drying the air to the dew point - 40 0C. Available version of Dryer (9.7 bar) with dew point up to -70 0C. Distinctive feature of Desiccant adsorption heating Dryers from heatless one is their high throughput capacity (performance rate).
HOGAT LLC delivers, starts up and maintains the GSA Desiccant adsorption heating Dryers.
Desiccant adsorption heating Dryers in their operation use a special adsorbent, absorbing moisture from compressed air. Air heating passes through the adsorbent and removes moisture from its surface to regenerate the adsorbent. In case where it is necessary to dry the gas (not air), portion of dried or heated gas is used to restore the adsorbent.
GSA Desiccant adsorption heating Dryers are divided into several series:
- PEH Series. Dryer with external Heater;
- PEHB Series. Dryer with integrated Heater and Blower;
- ZEHB Series. Dryer using the Compressed Air Heat.
